Buffalo Trace liquid is gently aged in new American oak barrels to create a perfectly balanced flavour of sweet, oak and spice, leaving a long, smooth finish. Aroma: A complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Colour: A deep amber Whiskey. Taste: Sweet to the taste, with notes of brown sugar & spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit & anise. Finish: Finishing long & smooth with serious depth. Buffalo Trace is best enjoyed neat or in an Old Fashioned. Old Fashioned 50ml Buffalo Trace, 5ml Volare sugar syrup/ or a sugar cube, 3 dashes Regan's Bitters. Add the sugar and bitters into a small tumbler/rocks glass and mix with a spoon until combined. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir in the Buffalo Trace. If you have an orange at home, garnish with a small piece of orange.
