This artisanal product was developed in the 8th century, the Christians, moors and Jews all lived together in what was then known as al-andalus. Today, Tortas' are still produced the same way, always handmade. These sweet and delicate crackers are an essential part of the Spanish gastronomic tradition. Great with coffee, tea or to enjoy with cheese.
