Covides Viñedos y Bodegas offers you this Cava Brut made using the traditional method: a thorough selection of the best grapes, a careful blending process, secondary fermentation and subsequent ageing in our cellars at Sant Sadurní d' Anoia. Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles rising to form a lasting crown; intensely fruity, on the palate it is classic Cava - fresh, well balance, with a very pleasant biscuity aftertaste.
