30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Nutmeg
Cinnamon stick
Directions
- Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake to combine
- Add a scoop of ice and shake until ice cold.
- Strain into a coupe and garnish with some grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
