Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €10.00
When you're on the flip side of the world you can't help but think a little differently. And lucky we did otherwise we might not have founded New Zealand's great wine region, Marlborough. This Sauvignon Blanc is as crisp as a frosty morning and with passionfruit and grapefruit notes, is a great match with seafood, grilled chicken, summer greens and good company.
Nugan Estate Scruffy's Shiraz (75 cl), €8.28
Scruffy works hard to keep our Shiraz bunches tight and our berries small and yields very low at around 4 tons per acre, which annoys our accountant. Daren Owers, our winemaker, insists on bunch sorting at harvest to make sure we only use the very best clusters. Most of the fruit is destemmed and pressed while a small portion is whole berry fermented. All parcels are kept separate during the winemaking process in our state of the art winery. We use a lot of smaller tanks as a result which is difficult, but necessary for the production of a quality wine. Pump overs and extended maceration times give us color and richness. We work with the best coopers and use a combination of French and American oak to mature this wine - 25% of which is new. Bench blending takes forever - there are so many variables and we return the final cuvee to tank for several months to come together before bottling. It's a lot of work and we really hope you enjoy the result. PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
Nugan Estate Stomper's Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.28
Our cabernet vineyard requires more work than the shiraz and it's become a favorite for the birds as the bunches ripen. Stomper has his hands full indeed. We work hard to stress the soils and slow down the ripening of the cab because it helps achieve the flavors we like so much. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons our cabernet is the best in the region and praises Stomper for the work he does in the vineyard. Our fruit is destemmed and pressed before going through a lengthy cold soaking. After fermentation, we macerate on the skins for about 10 days to extract soft tannins and deep, rich flavors. There's never any short cuts on the barrel program and this wine sees only French oak, of which 25% is new. Since there are several different parcels on the vineyard and they're kept separate throughout the entire process, putting the final blend together takes several days and is a major team effort. Were really proud of this and hope you like it. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our 120 Malbec is intense purplish-red in color, it has rich aromas such as cherries, plums, grenadine, and blueberries, along with violets, dried plums, and walnuts. A well-balanced wine that culminates in a smooth, lingering finish.

The Cono Sur vineyards workers travel around our estate by bicycle, tending the vines using naturals methods, in order to produce the best quality grapes. Our Bicicleta wine is a tribute to them and symbolizes our sustainable philosophy and commitment to the environment. Winemaker's Notes: A bright, yellow green Chardonnay with expressive lime, pineapple and white flower aromas together with a fruity palate with light mineral notes.

Campo Viejo Rosé is an award-winning rosé wine reminiscent of Côte de Provence but inspired by the Campo Viejo house style. Crisp and elegant, it is made with 100% Grenache grapes from selected blocks and harvested in the cool of the night. We drew our inspiration from the generations who came before us and from them gained our deep understanding of the Central Loire Grape varieties. With love and rigour, we set out to conquer France's best Sauvignons and Pinot Noir in order to make wines with perfect balance. Through the meticulous selection of grapes, combined with our winemakers experience, we are able to create one of Saget La Perrière's Banner Wines, La Petite Perrière.

Sophie Valrose was from the South of France. Legend has it that Sophie became something of an inspiration to the women who worked tirelessly alongside her in the vineyards. Sophie challenged the exploitation of female workers who were often mistreated, underpaid and over-worked. Inspired by Sophie's story, Bijou is a tribute to her memory. Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose is produced with grapes from low-yielding, handpicked bush vines, alike those Sophie harvested herself many years ago.
