Preparation & Usage

Recommended use: - Fruit porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of fruit that is squeezed, sieved or mashed & mix to a consistent texture. - Vegetable porridge: mix 1/4 of finely crumbled biscuit per tablespoon (15ml) of cooked and mashed vegetables & mox to a consistent texture. Let the porridge cool down to the desired temperature. - Follow-up milk porridge: prepare the milk according to the instruction, add one crumbled biscuit per 125ml and shake till you get a consistent texture. Let the porridge cool down to the desired temperature. LiGA advises to eat a healthy and varied diet and to live a healthy life. LiGA advises not to save the porridge for later use.
