  • SuperValu Stonebaked Thin & Crispy Pizza Base (medium size, frozen or chilled)
  • SuperValu Chopped Tomatoes – about 3-4 tablespoons (drained slightly)
  • SuperValu Mozzarella Ball – half of the ball, torn into small pieces
  • SuperValu Spanish Mild Chorizo Slices – about 4-6 slices
  • SuperValu Parma Ham – 2-3 slices, torn into smaller pieces
  • Optional: Fresh basil leaves or a drizzle of olive oil

Method:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 190°C/375°F/Fan Oven 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
  2. Prepare the Pizza:
    • Remove all packaging from the pizza base.
    • Spread the chopped tomatoes evenly across the base, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
    • Tear the mozzarella into small chunks and distribute evenly over the tomato layer.
    • Arrange the chorizo slices across the pizza.
    • Add the Parma Ham by tearing it into smaller pieces and scattering it over the chorizo and cheese.
  3. Cook the Pizza:
    • From Frozen: Place the pizza on the center rack of the oven and bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
    • From Chilled: Place the pizza on the center rack of the oven and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
  4. Check for Doneness: Ensure the cheese is melted and bubbly, the crust is golden and crispy, and all toppings are piping hot and fully cooked.
