Air Fryer Crispy Chilli Beef
Thinly sliced steak is air-fried to crispy perfection, then tossed in a sticky sauce with onion, pepper, garlic, and ginger. A quick and flavorful meal in just 20 minutes!

Air Fryer Crispy Chilli Beef

Ingredients
1 SuperValu Cowboy Steak, sliced thinly
1 SuperValu organic egg
3-4 tbsp. cornflour
1 sweet white onion sliced
½ green pepper sliced
1 clove of garlic chopped
Thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
50ml tomato ketchup
50ml sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Fresh chillies sliced (optional)
Directions
- Coat the steak with the egg then add in the flour. Mix well to coat then shake off the excess flour. Place onto the crisp plate within your air fryer drawer, spray with oil then cook at 210C for 10 minutes shaking halfway through.
- While the beef is cooking add some rapeseed oil into a large frying pan, add the onion, pepper then the garlic and ginger. Fry for 2 minutes. Add in the rest of the sauce ingredients then cook for a further 3 minutes until reduced and sticky
- Add the crispy beef to the pan and toss to glaze. Serve it all up with some jasmine rice and enjoy
