From Our Family to Yours Clonakilty Rashers were first made in Edward Twomey's butcher shop in Clonakilty West Cork - home of Clonakilty Blackpudding. Clonakilty Rashers are made from fully traceable premium Irish pork using a traditional dry cure method, without the use of ascorbates or sugar. Cured slowly to ensure great taste and flavour.
