Tullamore D.E.W. 12 year old special reserve is a triple distilled blend of all three types of Irish whiskey: pot still, malt and golden grain. Maturation for 12 long years in old bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks in aromatic warehouses delivers a whiskey which is full of complex flavours and rich smooth character. Creamy and full bodied, the taste is spicy with a powerful chocolate flavour amid nutty sherry notes and a real depth of cinnamon and vanilla.
