Preparation & Usage
Just fry in olive oil for 5 minutes stirring well until peppers are withered and blistered. Season well with sea slat. Wash before use. These Spanish delights can be served as a side dish or a starter. They're super easy to make, requiring little preparation and only just 5 minutes of cooking. - 200g Padrón Peppers - 1/2 tbsp olive oil - Pinch of sea salt Method Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Fry the peppers while stirring frequently for 5 minutes until the peppers are wilted and blistered. The peppers should be soft and slightly charred. Transfer to a plate and add a pinch of salt and serve.
