Preparation & Usage
How to Use Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar or cornflour. If cold, knead the icing until pliable. Roll out the icing to a thickness of 4-5mm and large enough to cover the cake. If the cake is coated in marzipan, slightly moisten the marzipan with whiskey or brandy. If not using marzipan, brush the cake with boiled apricot jam. Lift the icing over the cake using a rolling pin for support, smooth any creases with the palm of the hand and trim excess icing.
Storage Guidelines
Store in a cool dry place. Wrap in cling film once opened and store in an airtight container. Best Before Date: See base of pack
