Preparation & Usage

Cooking Instructions Serves 2. 50g Shamrock Pudding Rice 25g Caster Sugar 600ml milk. 1. Place Rice & Sugar into a buttered ovenproof dish, pour on Milk. 2. Bake near the bottom of a preheated oven at 150°C, 300°F, Gas Mark 2 for 2 hours. 3. Stir the mixture after 30 minutes in the oven. 4. Serve warm or chilled. For extra flavour, sprinkle on nutmeg before cooking. Add 2 tbsp Shamrock Californian Raisins & grated orange or lemon rind.

Storage Guidelines

Store in a cool dry place. Store in an airtight container once opened. Best Before: See back of pack.
