Description

Isabelle Sheridan Growing up in France, I learned to cook with my mother and grandmother using local artisan foods. When I moved to Cork, I began to recreate my favourite French recipes, using local flavours. I took a stall at The English Market and began to sell my (now) award-winning patés and terrines. Our food range, inspired by the French market traditions, continues to use locally sourced ingredients, and is destined to complement every fine-food platter.
