Description

Erythritol is found naturally in honey, grapes and melon. Erylite® (Erythritol) is created via a fermentation process. As it's less sweet than table sugar, we combine it with Stevia, which is much sweeter than sugar. Stevia is a natural sweetener, extracted from the Stevia plant. Erylite® neutralises Stevia's slightly bitter aftertaste. The result is a natural sweetness that is also calorie free. One of the beauties of Stevia Erylite® is that you can use it directly as a sugar-replacement (1:1) in your cooking and baking. Stevia Erylite® is a naturally based table-top sweetener. Health Benefits: Consumption of foods containing Erythritol contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralisation. Consumption of foods containing Erythritol instead of sugar induces a lower blood glucose rise after their consumption compared to sugar-containing foods.
