Preparation & Usage
Suggestion: For a milder flavor, half portion of the curry paste should be used. Direction - Stir-fry 50 g of Yellow Curry Paste in 1 tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk. - Add 200 g of meat and and 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk, heat until boiling. - Add 100 g cubed potatoes, 50 g onion, 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water and cook until the vegetables soften. - Add 2 tsp sugar. Taste and season as required.
Storage Guidelines
Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 month. Best before: see on top
