St Tola Goats Cheese (1 kg), €30.80/kg

St Tola has a unique and distinctive flavour that owes much to the clean fresh environment in which it is produced. Like all good farmhouse cheeses as St Tola matures it will change and a natural rind will develop. Some moulds may also occur but these can be removed before eating. Weight loss and shrinkage is normal in developed mature cheese.

Pan de Dátil is a handcrafted traditional dry fruit cake made of the best dates of the Mediterranean region and the most selected walnuts. Pairs ideally with cheese (especially blue and soft-ripened cheeses such as Valdeón, Roquefort, Gorgonzola or raw milk aged cheeses), foie-gras, pâté and it is great just on its own, as a snack at any time of the day.

The original olive oil tortas from Seville Handmade with pure extra virgin olive oil (21%) Bonvallis olive oil tortas are a specialty of the Andalusian capital, Seville. This artisanal product was developed in the 8th century, the Christians, moors and Jews all lived together in what was then known as al-andalus. Today, Tortas' are still produced the same way, always handmade. These sweet and delicate crackers are an essential part of the Spanish gastronomic tradition. Great with coffee, tea or to enjoy with cheese.
