The finishing touch for every ERDINGER Weissbier wheat beer bottle is a further specialty: the “Bayerische Edelreifung” or double maturity method. After the main fermentation process, we give our beer the time it needs to mature a second time in the bottle. Made using the perfect combination of smooth Galician water, aromatic and bitter hops, and Pilsner malts, this refreshing beer has a clear pale golden colour, a light body and a well balanced sweetness with a bitter finish.

Estrella Damm (660 ml), €3.00

Estrella Damm is the premium lager brewed in Barcelona to the original 1876 recipe with 100% natural ingredients. The quality of our ingredients is of the utmost importance and as such, we work very closely with local Mediterranean farmers, sourcing everything within 160km of the brewery. Estrella Damm is a light and refreshingly drinkable lager with a perfect balance between fresh grainy malt and subtle fruit, rounded off with a peppery bitterness and a clean finish, designed to complement any dish.

Asahi Super Dry Beer Bottle (620 ml), €3.60

When Asahi Super Dry was introduced it brought an entirely new genre of beer to Japan, then to the world. Historically Japanese beers were bitter and didn't pair well with food. After significant research Asahi recognised this wasn't what their consumers demanded and in 1987 Asahi Super Dry was born. They brewed a beer to deliver a dry, crisp taste and quick, clean finish. This distinctive dry taste is known as Karakuchi (dry). A beer that would become Japan's No.1 beer. Asahi Super Dry sold in the UK is now brewed to the authentic Japanese recipe, using superior ingredients and brewing standards.

Eight Degrees Citra Single HOP IPA Bottle (500 ml), €3.65

Citra, with its fruity, juicy aroma and flavour, is one of our favourite hops. To showcase it, we've used a simple yet elegant malt body which puts Citra's fabulous tropical flavours on display: think ripe lychee, passionfruit and guava. This single hop beer is sweet and tart, with a gloriously juicy mouthfeel.

ERDINGER Dunkel dark wheat beer bottles were a specially crafted present from our master brewers for owner Werner Brombach's 50th birthday in 1989. The “boss” was so thrilled with the matured, aromatic speciality that he decided to put it on the market in 1990. The finishing touch for every ERDINGER Dunkel dark wheat beer is a further specialty: the “Bayerische Edelreifung” or double maturity method.
