This upbeat, street savvy wine has a lively palate with zesty lemon/lime flavours complemented with tropical fruits and finished with a crisp mineral accent. Filled with lifted tropical fruit aromas with hints of gooseberry and guava. Its pale straw appearance is complemented by hues of green.

19 Crimes Sauvignon Block (75 cl), €12.00

A liquid ode to our past, 19 Crimes is inspired by those who, beginning in 1788, were transported to Australia for a life of hard labour. Many did not survive the journey. For the sea-beaten people who made it ashore, a new world awaited. As pioneers in a harsh frontier colony, they forged fresh pathways and built new lives from their chequered pasts, brick by brick. This wine honours the history they wrote and the culture they built.

Annelise Pinot Grigio (75 cl), €10.99

Carefully selected parcels of Pinot Grigio have been handcrafted into this elegant wine. A well balanced, crisp, refreshing palate with flavours of pear and grapefruit, supported by mineral notes, with a clean, lengthy finish. Filled with enticing aromas of fresh apple and some citrus and tropical notes this wine is the perfect accessory for entertaining.

Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio (75 cl), €12.00

[yellow tail] Pinot Grigio is fresh, fruity and zesty, bursting with red apple, pear and passionfruit flavours. The perfect accompaniment to Asian inspired food on a warm summer evening.

Nugan Estate Dreamer's Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.99

Daren Owers, our winemakers, does not enjoy big buttery, oaky chards so we pick our fruit at night to preserve the crisp and bright aromatics and flavors which are present when the fruit is cooler. After the destemming process, we press and ferment the fruit in stainless steel tanks. After the initial alcoholic fermentation we leave the yeast in contact with the juice for 6-8 weeks, stirring every day to build the middle palate texture of the wine. The oak treatment is minimal with this wine and it's all two and three year old barrels, so you can be sure it's crisp and fresh. The critics and our customers have responded well to this approach and we intend to keep it that way. Our mates reckon it's a real summer 'porch punder'! PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Nugan Estate King Valley Chardonnay (75 cl), €18.99

This Chardonnay is sourced from our Frasca's Lane Vineyard in Victoria's cool climate King Valley. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels - where the wine remains for a further 14 months before bottling. The result is a long, complex wine displaying elegant peach, nut and biscuity notes perfectly balanced with crisp acidity.

Jacob's Creek Pinot Grigio (75 cl), €11.00

Perfect served chilled, with grilled fish or seafood and salads or by itself as an after work treat. This is a light to medium bodied white wine with fresh lemon and pear fruit flavours and crisp green apple notes.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.99

Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Wally's Hut Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €7.99

Appealing Australian cabernet sauvignon with sweet berry fruit aromas layered with chocolate and all spice. Generous, smooth palate of blackcurrant and plum complimented by well integrated oak and soft lingering tannins.
