Always a big hit with both kids and grown-ups! These sausages can be prepared ahead of time in a baking tray and simply popped into the oven when guests are on their way. They make the perfect festive welcome nibble – sweet, sticky, and irresistible.

Sweet & Sticky Cocktail Sausages

18 cocktail sausages 
2 tbsp honey 
3 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Chilli Sauce 
1 tbsp butter, melted 
1 tbsp sesame seeds

 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 3 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Chilli Sauce
 - 1 tbsp butter, melted
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / Gas 5.
 - In a large bowl, toss the sausages with honey, sweet chilli sauce, and melted butter until well coated.
 - Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spreading them out evenly.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and sticky.
 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on cocktail sticks.
 - Top Tip: For an extra festive touch, add a squeeze of fresh orange juice to the glaze before roasting – it gives a lovely zingy sweetness.
