Savour the rich, authentic flavours of our Knorr Mushroom Risotto, made with 100% Italian rice. Free from flavour enhancers, artificial colours and preservatives, our delicious risotto is a crowd-pleasing, easy meal to have up your sleeve. Preparation Method: Pour the entire contents of the sachet into a medium-sized saucepan along with 500 ml of cold water. Add an extra 100 ml of water based on your preferred consistency. Tip: No need for a measuring jug - fill the empty sachet with water to the fill line to measure 500 ml. Bring this to a boil, stirring with a whisk. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes for al dente rice and 15 minutes for well-cooked rice.
