On the palate it is a structured wine, with vivid and well assembled tannins. Long aftertaste, highlighting his round and elegant finish. Great with red meat, game dishes, roasted lamb, vegetables, meats and cheeses.

Gavi DOCG is a wine made with Cortese grapes from vineyards located in a limited production area where the marly-limestone soils and peculiar microclimate contribute to its fragrance. The color is straw yellow with greenish hues, a delicate, fruity, fresh fragrance with hints of white flowers and a dry taste, with pleasant acidity, harmonious and well balanced.
