Gin Raspberry Blush

15 Raspberries
50ml Gin
100ml Apple Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

- 10 Raspberries
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml Sugar Syrup (See below how to make your own)
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 5 Raspberries on a Skewer, to Garnish
Method
- Pre-chill the glass by placing it in the freezer.
- Muddle the fresh raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker and dry shake (no ice).
- Add lots of ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain into the pre-chilled glass.
- Garnish with the raspberry skewers.
How to make sugar syrup:
To make sugar syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Allow to cool before using.
