Preparation & Usage

This product is ready to eat and can be served hot or cold. To serve hot, please follow the relevant instruction below. Heating instructions All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. To reheat ham (full joint or slices): 1. Remove the ham joint and accompanying sachet from the netting. Keep the sachet to use during cooking. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 3. If reheating the full joint, remove all packaging and place in an ovenproof dish. Add some water to the dish to help steam the product while reheating. Cover the dish with parchment and tinfoil. Reheat in the oven for 40-45 minutes per kg of ham, checking every 45 minutes. For the last 20-30 minutes, remove the parchment and tinfoil, cover the ham in the glaze and bake until the glaze is piping hot and caramelised. 4. If reheating as slices, carefully cut the desired amount from the ham and place in an oven-proof dish. Add some water to the dish to help steam the product while reheating. Brush the slices lightly with the glaze. Cover the dish with parchment and tinfoil. Reheat in the oven for 40-45 minutes per kg of ham, checking every 45 minutes. 5.
