The unique creaminess of our Pesto lies in the delicate preparation. The basil is picked at dawn at its freshest , to best preserve the aroma, colour and taste of the ingredients. This traditional pesto sauce is gluten free and goes perfectly with Barilla Linguine pasta. Mix the pesto into the pasta, adding a little water to help the pesto stick to the pasta and create a silky sauce. Use approx. 40g pesto for 80g dried pasta and add a little olive oil.
