100ml Plain yogurt
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
100g Feta cheese, crumbled
1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
4 Brioche or sourdough buns

Tzatziki

  • 100ml Plain yogurt
  • 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

Garnish

  • 100g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 Brioche or sourdough buns

Method

  1. Tzatziki: Combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Drizzle burgers with SuperValu olive oil. Sear on a hot barbecue until browned on each side. Move to a cooler part of the barbecue.
  3. Top with tomato and feta. Close the barbecue lid to melt the cheese.
  4. Toast the buns. Fill with baby gem leaves, a generous dollop of tzatziki, and the cooked lamb burgers.
