Ingredients
Half fill the glass with ice
Rim the top of the glass with cinnamon caster sugar
2 wedges Clementine
¼ cinnamon bark
220mls fever-tree tonic
60mls Irish or 60mls Alcohol free Gin

  • Gin goblet

For the Drink:

  • Ice (enough to half-fill the glass)
  • Cinnamon caster sugar (for rimming the glass)
  • 2 wedges of clementine
  • ¼ cinnamon bark
  • 60ml Irish gin or 60ml alcohol-free gin
  • 220ml Fever-Tree tonic water

Method

To Prepare the C&C G&T:

  1. Half-fill the gin goblet with ice.
  2. Rim the top edge of the glass with cinnamon caster sugar.
  3. Add 2 wedges of clementine to the glass.
  4. Drop in ¼ cinnamon bark.
  5. Pour in 60ml of Irish gin (or alcohol-free gin).
  6. Top up with 220ml Fever-Tree tonic water.
  7. Stir gently and serve immediately.
