Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 tbsp Signature Tastes Toscano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
500g Signature Tastes Piccolo Cherry Vine Tomatoes
3 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
1 Small chili thinly sliced or ½ tsp chili flakes
1 Small red onion thinly sliced
200g Feta cheese
2tbsp Honey
Handful fresh basil
Baguette to serve cut into slices

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Signature Tastes extra virgin olive oil
- 500g Signature Tastes Piccolo Cherry Vine Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 Small chili, thinly sliced or ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Handful fresh basil
- Baguette to serve, cut into slices
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, 180°C fan, gas 6.
- Pour half the olive oil into a 20 x 25cm ovenproof dish.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic, chili, and red onion slices.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat everything in oil.
- Place the feta in the center and drizzle with the remaining olive oil and honey.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve with a warm baguette.
