Preparation & Usage
Cooking instructions All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only. For best results, we recommend pan cooking. Time: 11-13 minutes. Pan fry: Remove all packaging. Carefully remove and set aside cheese melts and sauce sachet. Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling ingredients. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok/pan, add chicken and cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Reduce temperature to medium, add cheese melts and cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce from sachet and cook for 2 minutes. Add 100 ml of cream and cook for a further 3 minutes, frequently stirring the pan throughout cooking. To check the product is cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If cooked, the juices will run clear. If not, continue to cook and repeat check as required. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not exceed the 'use by' date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and within 'use by' date. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
