Detox Red Lentil Soup with Mutti's Tomato Polpa Ingredients: Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g Red lentils (hulled) 250g 1 onion 1 celery stalk 2 carrots 1 fresh ginger 1 teaspoon of turmeric 4 cups of water 1 heaping teaspoon of Coarse salt Method: Peel and chop the carrots and onion. Use a vegetable peeler to remove some strips from the celery stalk to eliminate the fibrous parts, then chop it.
