This voucher will automatically apply once you have added more than €80 worth of items to your online basket. Delivery slots are subject to availability, order early to avoid disappointment. This voucher can be used in conjunction with other vouchers, but where minimum spend applies to any other offer then the aggregate minimum spend of each offer must be met. The minimum spend cannot be earned through alcohol, medicines, tobacco, infant formula or the return deposit charge. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Delivery charges vary by store and by time slot. Collection orders are free.
Can I choose a specific time and day for my order?
Yes, you can select from available time slots to suit your schedule.
How do I place an order online?
- Step 1: Register or sign in to your SuperValu account.
- Step 2: Book a slot by selecting store, date, and time.
- Step 3: Browse products or search, then add to your trolley.
- Step 4: Review your trolley summary.
- Step 5: At checkout confirm delivery/collection details, review order summary, and set substitution preferences.
- Step 6: Complete checkout.
Can I save my order and finish it later?
Yes. Items remain in your trolley until checkout. Your slot is reserved for 2 hours, after which you will need to reselect.
I cannot find an item online, what can I do?
Online products are based on store availability. If you cannot find an item, use the special request option at the bottom of product pages and your personal shopper will try to locate it.
What are substitutions?
If an item is unavailable, a similar product may be substituted if you allow substitutions. If not, the unavailable item is removed from your order.
How do I amend my order?
Check your confirmation email and click “Amend order.” You can change your slot, add/remove products, and apply Real Rewards vouchers.
How does payment work when I shop online?
On order day, your card is pre-approved for 115% of the order value (not charged) to cover your shop. You are charged on your delivery/collection day after picking is complete.
How do I know when my order is complete?
After checkout, you will see a confirmation page with order details.
