Tanquery Dry Gin Lady In The Flowers

15ml Triple Sec
15ml Lemon Juice
1 egg White

 - 15ml Triple Sec
 - 10ml Sugar Syrup
 - 15ml Lemon Juice
 - 1 Egg White
 - Ice
 
Method
- In a shaker, combine 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 15ml Triple Sec, 10ml sugar syrup, 15ml lemon juice, and 1 egg white.
 - Shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white.
 - Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill.
 - Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

- 1 tablespoon Sugar
 - 1 tablespoon Water
 
Method
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan or microwave-safe container.
 - Heat gently and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
 - Let the syrup cool before using in your cocktail.
