All-Day Tropical Creamy Oats and Berries

125g oats
20g chia seeds
350ml Happy Pear Oat M*lk (use 350ml if serving straight away and 450ml if soaking overnight)
100ml coconut yogurt
20g pumpkin seeds
20g raisins
1 pinch cinnamon
1 fresh passion fruit
15g desiccated coconut
200g frozen mango
30ml water
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
50ml mango
Directions
- For the creamy oats, cut the passion fruit in two and squeeze the flesh into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients for the creamy oats and mix well. Leave to soak for approximately 10 minutes while you make your mango purée and prepare your toppings, or soak overnight in the fridge. Just give it a good stir before serving.
- In a blender, add the frozen mango and water, and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- To assemble: Spoon in a thin serving of mango purée into the base of a jar, then fill with 200g creamy oats, leaving room to top with another 50ml of mango, a nice dollop of coconut yogurt, and some kiwi and berries.
