Ingredients
275g Milk Chocolate, chopped
275g SuperValu unsalted butter
400g Caster sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
5 Eggs
200g Cream Flour, sieved
100g Signature Tastes Salted Caramel Sauce
8 Ferrero Rocher, cut in half

Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl set over simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter together. Whisk in the sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until combined, then fold in the sifted flour.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish lined with baking paper.
  5. Swirl the salted caramel sauce on top of the brownie mix in the tray.
  6. Place the halved Ferrero Rocher on top.
  7. Cook for 50 minutes until cooked on the outside and still a little soft in the middle.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack, then place in the fridge for a couple of hours to fully chill.
  9. Cut into squares and serve with the salted caramel ice cream.
