2 - Banana thinly sliced

120 ml Fresh Cream

120 g SuperValu Brown Sugar

120 g SuperValu Irish Creamery Butter

Directions

Place the butter and sugar in a small pan over high heat, stirring continuously to form a caramel.
Pour in the cream, and be careful as the liquid will expand. Bring it back to the boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
Place the sliced banana on your pancake and pour over the butterscotch sauce - yum!
