1 Orange zest
20ml Lemon juice
45ml Cranberry juice
1 Dash orange bitters
1 Blood or regular orange, sliced
25ml Water
25g Maple syrup
30g fresh cranberries

- 20ml Lemon juice
- 45ml Cranberry juice
- 1 Dash orange bitters
- 1 Blood or regular orange, sliced
- 25ml Water
- 25g Maple syrup
- 30g fresh cranberries
Method
- To make cranberry syrup, add ingredients into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add orange zest, let cool, and strain cranberries if desired.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients with the cranberry syrup.
- Serve over ice with orange slices.
