Spicy Chilli & Prawn Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 tsp Chilli flakes
3 cloves Garlic minced
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 pack Prawns
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Smoked paprika
250 g Spaghetti or linguine
75 ml White wine
1 - Parmesan cheese grated
1 - Sourdough bread crusty bread
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes and cook, stirring, for about a minute, or until fragrant.
- Add prawns, paprika, and wine and season with salt and pepper. Cook, tossing, for about 3 - 4 minutes, or until prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Then, add a handful of fresh rocket and toss until slightly wilted. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a large platter or individual plates. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
Chef Tips:
- You can adjust the amount of garlic and chili flakes to suit your taste.
- You can also use frozen prawns, but make sure to thaw them completely before cooking.
- If you like, you can add some fresh parsley or basil for extra freshness.
