Ingredients
¼ head white cabbage
1 heaped tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes greek yoghurt
1 Lime
1 tsp SuperValu honey
Handful coriander leaves, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
1 SuperValu Signature Tastes avocado
1 Spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps Olive oil
200g Turkey mince
2 tsp SuperValu Fajita seasoning
1 jar SuperValu Signature Tastes Harissa sauce
6 Tacos
50g SuperValu Signature Tastes Feta cheese

- ¼ head white cabbage
- 1 heaped tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes greek yoghurt
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp SuperValu honey
- Handful coriander leaves, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
- 1 SuperValu Signature Tastes avocado
- 1 Spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 200g Turkey mince
- 2 tsp SuperValu Fajita seasoning
- 1 jar SuperValu Signature Tastes Harissa sauce
To serve
- 6 Tacos
- 50g SuperValu Signature Tastes Feta cheese
Method
- Finely shred the cabbage, then add 1 tsp salt and mix with your hands. Leave to one side.
- Mash the avocado with the juice of ½ a lime, the chopped spring onion, and a generous pinch of salt. When smooth, set aside.
- Mix the cabbage again, draining off any water in the bottom of the bowl. Add the Greek yoghurt, honey, and the juice of ½ a lime. Season to taste, then stir through the chopped coriander.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the turkey and cook, breaking it up with the back of a spoon until nearly cooked.
- Add the fajita spice mix and 2 tbsps of the Signature Tastes Harissa Sauce. Stir to combine and cook for a few more minutes until the turkey is completely cooked through.
- Warm the tacos, then load them up with avocado, slaw, turkey, and a final drizzle of the harissa sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of coriander and a little feta cheese.
