Frozen Fruit Cocktails
The strawberry daiquiri is probably the most famous of these summer favourites. They do take a bit of work as you can only make as many as your blender will take. Possibly a job to keep somebody occupied.

2 cups Ice Cubes
100 ml Lime Juice
1 tbsp Strawberry Liqueur
20 ml SuperValu Honey
16 - SuperValu Strawberries plus 2 extra to garnish
140 ml White Rum
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender except the ice and the 2 strawberries to garnish. Blitz until well combined then add the ice and blend. You will need a sturdy blender for this.
- Serve in tall glasses with the strawberry garnish. Alternatively you can blend the cocktail mixture without the ice and pour over ice. Try some other fruit alternatives.
