25ml Irish Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Valencia Island vermouth or martini bianco
25ml Clementine juice
Clementine slices (to decorate)

- 25ml Irish Gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Valencia Island vermouth or martini bianco
- 25ml Clementine juice
- Clementine slices (to decorate)
Method
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with a few ice cubes and shake.
- Take a cocktail glass of your choice, fill it with ice cubes, and filter the shaker mixture into it.
- Garnish with slices of clementine. Serve and enjoy.
