Ingredients
50g SuperValu oats
1 scoop (approx 30g) Optimum Nutrition chocolate protein powder
1-2 tsps cacao powder (optional)
1 tbsp SuperValu chia seeds (optional)
1 Signature Tastes Clemengold, zested & juiced, plus 1 extra, segmented, to serve
120ml SuperValu Oat Milk (or any milk of your choosing)
1 tsp honey  (optional)
2 tbsps SuperValu Signature Tastes Greek Yoghurt
50g SuperValu Signature Tastes Dark chocolate, grated, to garnish

  • 1 scoop (approx 30g) Optimum Nutrition chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 tsps cacao powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Signature Tastes Clemengold, zested & juiced, plus 1 extra, segmented, to serve
  • 120ml SuperValu Oat Milk (or any milk of your choosing)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 tbsps SuperValu Signature Tastes Greek Yoghurt
  • 50g SuperValu Signature Tastes Dark Chocolate, grated, to garnish

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, and chia seeds.
  2. Add the zest and juice of the Clemengold to the dry mix.
  3. Pour in your milk of choice and stir well until everything is combined. If you like it a bit sweeter, drizzle in some chicory root syrup or honey.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. Before serving, give the oats a good stir and add your favourite toppings. We added a tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, some grated chocolate, and a few Clemengold segments. Enjoy your creamy, protein-packed chocolate-orange oats anytime of day!

Tips:

  • Adjust milk consistency if needed – add a splash before serving if the oats are too thick.
  • Make in batches so it’s easy to grab when you need – a perfect pre or post workout snack!
