Ingredients
500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthways
80g (1 pack) SuperValu dry cured pancetta slices
Salt
2 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes pure maple syrup
2 tbsp butter, melted
0.5tsp dry herbs
1tbsp corn flour
0.5tsp garlic powder
70g parmesan, grated

  • 500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthways
  • 80g (1 pack) SuperValu dry cured pancetta slices
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 0.5tsp dry herbs
  • 1tbsp corn flour
  • 0.5tsp garlic powder
  • 70g parmesan, grated
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200ËšC.
  2. In two separate bowls, mix the dry mixture and maple mixture. Keep both mixtures separate until needed.
  3. Spray the sprouts with oil and toss in the dry mixture. Wrap pancetta slices around them and place in the basket, season and add a few sprays of oil.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until lightly colored and the sprouts are softened. Shake the basket and drizzle the maple mixture over them. Air fry for a further 2-3 minutes to glaze the sprouts.
  5. Remove from the air fryer, transfer to a platter, and enjoy warm.
