18 cocktail sausages
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / Gas 5.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sausages with honey, sweet chilli sauce, and melted butter until well coated.
  3. Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and sticky.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on cocktail sticks.
  6. Top Tip: For an extra festive touch, add a squeeze of fresh orange juice to the glaze before roasting – it gives a lovely zingy sweetness.
