Christmas Cosmo

15mls Cointreau
20mls lime juice
150mls cranberry juice
1 slice fresh ginger
Twist of orange peel

- Martini glass
For the Cocktail:
- 50ml Absolut Vodka
- 15ml Cointreau
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 150ml cranberry juice
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- Ice (for shaking)
Garnish:
- Twist of orange peel
- Slice of fresh ginger
Method
To Prepare the Christmas Cosmopolitan:
- Add vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice, and ginger to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake firmly for 1 minute.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a slice of fresh ginger.
- Enjoy immediately.
