We don't complicate things by using artificial additives, apple concentrate, glucose syrup or dilute with water. Our Medium Dry is a light crisp and fruity cider with a rich, full mouthfeel and slightly tart finish. It takes courage to only use apple juice to make cider Our ciders contain only fresh juice from Dabinett, Michelin, Jonagored & Elstar apple varieties grown in Ireland
