Having been hailed by John and Sally McKenna, of McKennas' Guide, as one of the very distinctive and creative local bakeries in Ireland, our motto is 'it's a family thing'. We ensure that only the most natural and freshest ingredients go into our products. Our wholesome and delicious products are made using recipes which have been in our family for generations. Our bakery name 'Jinny' comes from a long standing family nickname which I decided to use since family and tradition are both very important to me. Our Stout Bread Mix will allow you to recreate Jinny's traditional bread for yourself. We just know you'll love it.
