Using the finest Kentucky and Indiana corn, selected rye and superior malted barley. For over 200 years the Buffalo Trace Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine Bourbon American Whiskey. Buffalo Trace liquid is gently aged in new American oak barrels to create a perfectly balanced flavour of sweet, oak and spice, leaving a long, smooth finish. Aroma: A complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Colour: A deep amber Whiskey. Taste: Sweet to the taste, with notes of brown sugar & spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit & anise. Finish: Finishing long & smooth with serious depth. Buffalo Trace is best enjoyed neat or in an Old Fashioned. Old Fashioned 50ml Buffalo Trace, 5ml Volare sugar syrup/ or a sugar cube, 3 dashes Regan's Bitters. Add the sugar and bitters into a small tumbler/rocks glass and mix with a spoon until combined. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir in the Buffalo Trace. If you have an orange at home, garnish with a small piece of orange.

225 years of experience goes into every bottle of Jim Beam Bourbon. An aging process of four years in new charred oak barrels gives Jim Beam its elegant, refined and smooth character. With a slightly spicy, oaky vanilla aroma, this medium-bodied bourbon brings mellow hints of caramel, vanilla, grain and oak flavor with a lightly sweet, toasted oak finish. Sip it neat, on the rocks, or mix it up with soda or ginger ale for a refreshing Jim Beam Highball. Jim Beam's extra aging creates an elegant, smooth and refined whiskey that pleases with every sip. This way of distilling is a family tradition that continues to this day after seven generations of master distillers. As the First Family of Bourbon, we were there when it all began. If you're looking for a smooth, sweet and easy-to-drink whisky, you've found it. Maker's Mark Classic Bourbon was carefully developed by sixth-generation distiller Bill Samuels Sr. to be just that. Still made to his unique recipe, this full-flavored bourbon is subtly woody with flavors of vanilla, caramel and fruit. It's easy to drink neat, and can pull its weight in a cocktail. Mix it with ginger ale and lime for an effortless long drink. This one literally changed the way we think about bourbon, all because one man changed the way he thought about making it. Bill Samuels, Sr., wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. Never bitter or sharp, Maker's Mark is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon that's approachably smooth. To ensure consistency, we still rotate every barrel by hand and age our bourbon to taste, not time. Just like Bill would have wanted. Once it's ready it's bottled at 90 proof, hand-dipped in our signature red wax. Just think of it as our seal of approval. Since its establishment, Maker's Mark has continually impressed critics, winning double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2020 and 2021.

A signature blend of whiskey, fruits and spices back crafted over 140 years. Enjoy simply with lemonade & a squeeze of fresh lime or mix to create fun cocktails at home. Impress by shaking up our Southern Passion cocktail adding to a shaker the following. 35ml Southern Comfort. 25ml Passionfruit Juice. 25ml Cranberry Juice. Squeeze 1/2 lime. Fill with ice & shake for 15-20 seconds. Serve straight up with an orange peel if you're feeling fancy. Southern Comfort Black is a blend of sweet spice and fruit notes with American whiskey, with extra Bourbon Whiskey kick. At a higher ABV% it boasts slightly fuller, richer flavours. Synonymous with the Bourbon Whiskey category.
