After the main fermentation process, we give our beer the time it needs to mature a second time in the bottle. You need a great barrel to make a great beer. Journeyman is steeped in the tradition of the highly skilled craft of coopering, the process of making watertight barrels out of wooden staves. A light malty ale with chinook hops as the flavour and aroma hop, giving a spicy and pine flavour with subtle grapefruit present.
