The Barolo is produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the eleven municipalities of the DOCG. Its great structure is ennobled by a 3 year maturation of which at least 2 years in wooden barrels. A wine of red color with garnet hues, an ethereal, intense perfume and a dry, full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious body. Aging potential / years: 7 - 15.

Sartori Amarone Di Valpolicella Docg (75 cl), €20.00

"In my opinion Amarone is the highest expression of Valpolicella and embraces both its tradition and territory. It is produced according to the ancient technique of drying the grapes and ages in oak barrels. Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

Aglianico is a black grape grown in the southern regions of Italy, mostly Basilicata and Campania. It produces a full-bodied wine with firm tannins and high-acidity giving it good aging potential. This Aglianico is a dark, deep ruby red with enjoyable cherry and red berries fragrance followed by a marked vanilla and spicy note. A soft, pleasant mouth feel with nuances of cherry, plum and spice. Pairs beautifully with all roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
