In the course of the 4th Century AD, the emergence of the vineyard was intrinsically connected to the founding of the monastry of Marmoutier in 372 AD by Saint Martin. The vineyard grew and acquired its repute through its dedication to white wines. Foucher Lebrun has selected for your enjoyment this 100% Chenin semi-sweet vouvray, with aromas of pear and apricot. It's natural acidity confers it freshness and a perfectly balanced palate. It will be a perfect companion for poultry and desserts. We suggest serving it at 8 to 10°C and wish you a most enjoyable tasting.

Framed by the mountains of the massif central and the pyrenees, the côtes de gascogne area offer sunny and warm climate, with mediterranean and atlantic ocean influences. Crisp and dry, this Sauvignon Blanc offers lovely aromas of lemon blossom, green apple and grapefruit. The taste is very refreshing on the palate with crystalline citrus fruits and lingering finish. The result is aromatic and fruity.
